26-Hour Day
At Candela Hotels we understand that no two travelers' schedules are the same. When you stay with us, you are welcome to use your guest room for 26 hours – if you arrive a 6 p.m., you are free to use your room until 8 p.m. the following day.

No Tipping
At Candela Hotels no gratuities will be accepted. This makes every interaction between you and our staff swift, effortless and our sincere pleasure.

Tailored Rooms and Suites
From the right pillow to the right snacks, Candela Hotels personally tailors your guest room prior to your arrival. We even convert your room’s flexible space to meet your ideal function, whether you need a meeting room for executives or a playroom for the kids.

Designated Service Team
Candela Hotels provides a dedicated service team that is your single point of contact and an extension of your personal support network. Each member of your team is extensively cross-trained to provide service beyond their traditional duties, thus ensuring that your requirements are intuitively met.

No Check-In
Candela Hotels has eliminated the tedious
hotel check-in/out ritual. Instead you will breeze through the hotel lobby and proceed directly to your room.

Candela Hotels’ IT support systems best serve the needs of the traveler -- from computer equipment pre-set in your room to the advanced use of Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) that ensures your preferences are properly noted and acted upon at all our hotels.

In addition to Candela Hotels being built to LEED® Silver standards, or better, we focus on sustainable operations ranging from energy and water conservation to comprehensive recycling and waste reduction programs.

Next-Visit Storage
For returning guests we offer the added advantage of being able to store personal belongings for future stays.
